Hi,
I am putting together a book dealing with “New Frontiers in Propulsion Sciences,” as an extentension to the Space Technology & International Fourm (STAIF), Symposium on New Frontiers and Advanced Concepts, which I chair.
One of the subject areas deal with the possiblity of propulsion from EXH effects in materials.
There have been some thrust experiments reported by H. Brito (1999-2005), J. Woodward (2002-2006) and P. March (2005) using Barium Titanate dielectrics.
The first experiment follows those of Walker, Lahoz and Walker (and other following papers) as reported in your dissertation titled: “The momentum of light in media: the Abraham-Minkowski controversy,” the others indirectly follow Brito’s experiment.
A large part of your dissertation would make an excellent start on this chapter of the book. I need to know how to obtain copywrite permission and/or see if you would like to co-write this chapter.
Thanks,
Glen A. Robertson
